Clarify360 Acquires TeleProviders
COLUMBUS, Ohio (January 13, 2023) – Clarify360, a next-generation IT consultancy, announced today that it has completed its purchase of the business interests of TeleProviders, Inc. This transaction results in TeleProviders becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Clarify360. Located in Laguna Hills, Calif., TeleProviders will continue to operate under its current name.

In the short term, there will be continuity in the business operations for TeleProviders and its customers. Eventually, we may see a need to combine operational efficiencies but this should not materially affect services to clients of the respective companies.”
Clarify360 and TeleProviders will continue to supply enterprise-level cloud services, SECaaS, Connectivity, Collaboration and Mobility services and optimization. Our consultative services include technology consulting and strategy as well as benchmarking and contract negotiations.
