Cybersecurity and AI Security Innovator to Lead Technology Strategy and Enterprise Risk Conversations
December 23, 2025 Clarify360, a vendor-agnostic IT, security, and software advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Jo Peterson as Chief Information Officer. Peterson brings more than 30 years of experience across enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI defense, and software strategy to the role, where she will lead Clarify360’s technology vision, research direction, and internal innovation efforts.
As Chief Information Officer, Peterson will guide Clarify360’s technology strategy, expanding its cybersecurity and AI defense services while helping enterprise clients make clearer, more defensible technology decisions in the face of growing complexity and risk. She previously served as Vice President of Cloud and Security Services at Clarify360.

Peterson has spent more than three decades as an engineer helping clients design their infrastructure and security environments. In recent years, she has worked more hand in hand with CIOs and CISOs to provide an external, expert perspective for aligning IT with business goals, driving transformation, optimizing costs, managing risk, ensuring effective tech implementation. Her goal is to help her clients gain an agile, competitive edge in rapidly changing markets. She brings to the table a specialized skill set, fresh insights free from internal biases, and proven frameworks for complex challenges like establishing enterprise architecture or integrating systems.

Along with traditional cloud, connectivity, collaboration, security and software conversations, Peterson believes that AI is changing foundational architectures in both the cloud and security space and plans to expand the company’s offerings to include AI Enhanced Cloud Operations, AI-enhanced cloud architecture and AI Defense offerings.
