Meet the People Behind the Project: Clarify360 Project Manager Jennine Ead
Buying technology is one thing. Getting it installed without losing your mind is another.
That is why Clarify has project managers.
Once the contract is signed, we do not hand you a carrier contact and disappear. Our project managers stay involved from order through activation, helping manage the carrier, the timeline, the details and the inevitable stuff nobody saw coming.
Meet Jennine
Jennine Ead is one of the people doing that work every day.
She usually steps in after the sale and works with the customer and carrier through implementation. Scope calls. Weekly updates. Site surveys. Porting. Readiness. Follow-up. All the little things that become very big things when they are holding up an install.
A room is not ready. A location that was supposed to be on-net is not. Equipment does not match. A port gets stuck. Someone is waiting on someone else and nobody is quite sure who owns the next step.
Jennine’s job is to know what is happening, figure out who needs to be involved and keep it moving.
You Shouldn’t Have to Chase the Carrier
This is probably the simplest way to explain why our PMs matter: you should not have to spend your implementation figuring out who to call at the carrier.
We already know the people. We know the escalation paths. When something gets stuck, our PM can go work the issue instead of leaving the customer to sit in a queue and hope they found the right person.
“Once the order is placed, you shouldn’t be on your own chasing the carrier. We know who to call.”
— Jennine Ead
Sometimes the Best PM Work Is Boring
On a recent healthcare communications migration, Jennine worked alongside the provider’s own project manager. The project went well. There was no giant rescue scene, and frankly, that is the goal.
The customer described Clarify’s role as a safety net: another set of eyes, another escalation path and someone on their side if things started going sideways.
Jennine also helped work through porting issues during a move involving hundreds of phone numbers. Most of the time, good project management looks less like heroics and more like problems getting handled before the customer has to chase them.
No Made-Up Dates
Jennine is also pretty clear about one thing: she is not going to tell a customer what they want to hear just to make the conversation easier.
“I’d rather tell you a date you don’t like than give you one that isn’t real.”
— Jennine Ead
Simple? Yes. Also exactly what you want from the person managing your implementation.
This Is What Happens After the Sale
Jennine is the first project manager we are highlighting, but she is not the only one.
Over the next few weeks, we will introduce the rest of the Clarify PM team and the different experience they bring to customer projects.
Different people. Different strengths. Same point: the sale is not where Clarify disappears. It is where another part of our job starts.
